Group HES approached Total Lighting and Controls as well as other companies for a quotation for the replacement of all the lighting in our offices, workshops and warehouse. The quotation we received from Total Lighting and Controls was by far the most detailed and concise and consisted of more than just a price!
We were contacted by Rob Baldwin, he came to our premises and carried out a full survey. He provided us with a full quotation along with a projected savings plan and proposed layout plans, he also arranged for us to visit a past client so we could view the finished project and get a face to face testimonial from one of his clients.
The planning and installation was started on the agreed date and finished within the timescale quoted. It was carried out with the minimum of disruption and the installation team were more than accommodating in working around our workload and changing their daily plans to suit our needs.
The only variation in the cost than that of the quotation was for extra work we requested during the installation, any request we had was dealt with quickly and efficiently without any fuss.
