A printing company replaced the existing twin 8ft T12 flourescent light fittings with the latest T5 fluorescent technology (Y-HBPS Industrial Fluorescent).
High Frequency control gear provided instant bright white light which is also flicker free. Microwave movement sensors were also installed to turn lights off automatically when the area was left unoccupied.
Estimated electrical savings of £800 per annum were calculated and illuminance levels were doubled to almost 500 lux.
