Northleach Primary School in Gloucestershire had an issue with one of the high bay lights in the school hall. Total Lighting & Controls were asked to repair the failed light fitting, which was mounted at six metres, but fortunately a hydraulic lux lift had been installed, allowing the light fitting to be lowered to ground level for inspection. Upon inspection it was determined that the existing light fitting was beyond repair, so the solution was to replace it with the DISK LED High Bay 100 Watt luminaire. Producing 15,000 lumens it was the perfect replacement for the failed light fitting, not only producing a similar light level, but reducing energy costs and eliminating future maintenance.
