Total Lighting & Controls received a request from the management of St Edward’s Hall in Stow on the Wold, Gloucestershire to install additional lighting to illuminate a cabinet mounted in the corner of the hall. The items inside the cabinet were of historical importance and the management wanted them to be highlighted.
The solution provided by Total Lighting & Controls was to install LED strip into the top section of the inside of the cabinet, to provide a warm light illuminating the whole of the interior space. Power was taken from an exterior source and a switch was provided to the outside of the cabinet to allow the LED strip to be turned on and off as required.
The cabinet now has lighting which fully illuminates the historical object and now provides a highlight to the hall.
