In 2014 Total Lighting and Controls Ltd was the most successful one of three companies quoting us for the design and installation of modern LED lighting to replace our ageing and unreliable system, a need accelerated by the difficulty in obtaining suitable bulbs following government legislation. Negotiations were technically and amicably achieved resulting in order placement in September. Installation was planned to start in November and take an estimated 6 weeks. The installation ran to time and we are very pleased with the results.
The installation team were very efficient in planning and executing the project. We valued the way they would anticipate potential problems presented by the architectural structure or benefits in alternative cable routes. They were flexible in negotiating mutually beneficial solutions to such features as the work progressed, and were extremely helpful in working around our commitments regarding Church services, funerals and the heavy schools/Christmas concert events. They were also clean and efficient.
We would recommend them for other similar installations and our lighting system can be viewed by arrangement if required.
